I have been using this cake recipe for a long time treat myself or share with people I love. It is super easy and only takes 5 minutes to be done. It is also affordable and really tasty!

How to Make a Cake in a Mug 

You Will Need

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup flour

2 tbs. cocoa powder

2 tbs. olive oil 

4 tbs. water

Pinch of salt

Ice cream (optional)

Chocolate (optional)

Microwave safe ceramic mug

In a mug, mix the dry ingredients well. Add the water and oil, than mix until just combined.Microwave for 2 minutes.

Careful brownie will be hot. Let cool for a minute.

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
